Ghost Hunting
Venue Promotion

We don’t just visit paranormal venues, film a video and disappear. When a venue asks us for help, we go above and beyond — investigating it, documenting it and promoting it directly to ghost hunters who are looking for their next location.

On-location visitWe experience the venue first-hand.
4-hour mini investigationWe gather genuine material to talk about.
Booking-focused promotionWe tell teams how to enquire and book.
More than a paranormal visit

We help turn an interesting building into a venue ghost hunters actually know how to book.

A live stream can get views. A paranormal video can create interest. But if people don’t know the venue is available for hire, what it offers, what happened there, what it costs or who to contact, that interest can disappear.

Our approach joins the investigation and the promotion together. We give ghost hunters a reason to be interested and the practical information they need to make an enquiry.

“Our aim is simple: give your venue genuine paranormal exposure, tell its story properly, and make it easy for investigation teams to book.”
How it works

We investigate it. We understand it. Then we promote it.

The promotion is built around a real visit rather than a generic advert.

1

We visit your venue

We walk the location, learn the layout, meet the people behind it and understand what makes it different.

2

We photograph the location

We capture material that helps potential investigators see the venue, its character and the spaces they could investigate.

3

We carry out a mini investigation

We spend around four hours investigating so our promotion is based on our own experience of the location.

4

We compile the story

We bring together our observations, photographs, interesting moments, history and the practical venue information.

5

We create the promotion

We create posts designed for ghost hunters — not vague advertising — explaining why the venue is worth investigating.

6

We show people how to book

We include availability information, hire details and a clear contact route so interest can become real enquiries.

What ghost hunters need to know

We don’t leave the important details out.

The paranormal story

  • What the location is and why it is interesting
  • Stories, reported activity and notable areas
  • What we experienced during our own investigation
  • Photos and material from our visit

The information that creates bookings

  • That the venue is available to paranormal teams
  • Rooms and areas available to investigate
  • Why the venue represents good value
  • How teams can enquire
  • Who they need to contact to secure a date
Recent venue promotion

Two locations. A lot more awareness.

These are examples of venues we have recently visited and actively promoted through Project Reveal – Ghosts of Britain.

Case Study

Prospect House

Rotherham

Prospect House was a new ghost-hunting venue. We visited, carried out an investigation, photographed the location and then introduced it to our audience as a venue available for paranormal teams to hire.

Rather than simply posting that we had been there, we explained what the location was, what happened during our investigation, why ghost hunters should be interested, that it was affordable and how people could enquire about booking it.

The result: following the exposure and promotion, the venue went from receiving little or no booking interest to attracting substantial bookings and becoming close to full for the year.
Case Study

The Haunted Station House York

“Frozen in Time House”

The Haunted Station House was not brand new to ghost hunting, and other recognised investigators had visited before. The problem was awareness: many ghost hunters still did not know the venue existed, that it could be hired, or who they needed to contact.

After our visit we investigated, live streamed and followed up with promotion that presented the venue specifically as a bookable paranormal location.

The result: the venue gained much wider attention from paranormal investigators and, following the promotion, became close to booked for the year.
Why Project Reveal?

We don’t just create content about your venue. We promote the opportunity to investigate it.

Plenty of ghost hunters visit locations, film an investigation or broadcast a live, then move on. If you have approached us because your venue needs help, our focus is different: we want the paranormal community to understand what you offer and know exactly how to book it.

Our promotion can include

  • On-site photography
  • A mini paranormal investigation
  • Live/video exposure where appropriate
  • Venue history and paranormal stories
  • Our own findings and experiences
  • Hire information and key selling points
  • Direct booking/contact information
  • Promotion through our paranormal circles

Venue owners

Frequently asked questions

Is this just a paranormal investigation?

No. The investigation gives us genuine first-hand material. The larger purpose is to present and promote the venue to paranormal teams as somewhere they can actually hire and investigate.

What type of venues can approach you?

Historic buildings, museums, former industrial sites, houses, hotels, pubs, theatres and other locations that permit paranormal investigation can all get in touch.

Do you guarantee a certain number of bookings?

No responsible promotion can guarantee a fixed number of bookings. What we can do is put serious effort into presenting the venue properly, creating genuine interest and making the booking route clear to our audience.

Why not just invite lots of teams for free investigations?

Visits alone do not always tell future customers that the venue is available for hire. Our approach deliberately combines paranormal content with practical promotion aimed at generating enquiries.
